Before MCR became what it is today, Michael’s path began in a very different world. His early professional background, combined with his move to Virginia and his first hands-on property experience, helped shape the foundation of how he sees homes, value, and opportunity.
What started as an ambition around real estate and renovation became something deeper, a reputation for seeing what a space could become, guiding clients with confidence, and staying closely involved in the work itself. Over time, that experience grew into a business centered on building, selling, and managing properties with a more thoughtful, personal approach.
A life-changing cancer diagnosis brought even more clarity to that mission. It reinforced the importance of doing meaningful work, leading with care, and building a company that gives back as it grows.
